West Ryde Vet Clinic has been boarding cats for over 20 years. We have a boarding room exclusively for cats. We also board a small number of dogs. Animals must be up to date with vaccination to be boarded - C5 for dogs & F3 at least for cats.
The advantage of boarding animals at a vet clinic is that they have Veterinary supervision on a daily basis so health problems can be addressed immediately.
Dogs are kept in a run & are excercised regularly. Friendly dogs are kept together which we have found ideal for socialising as well as good company. They don't get bored being locked in a run alone.
Cats are also excercised but not kept with other cats they don't know. Cats from the same family can be boarded together if they get on.
