June 2010 Pets Newsletter
Dear Pet Lovers,
Sadly, one day you may need to face the decision that your pet has to be 'put to sleep'. This is an enormous source of distress for the family but it can also be a problem for other pets left in the household. This month we've got some tips on how to help grieving owners and pets. We also look at the benefits of health insurance for pets, common skin tumours and solving attention-seeking disorders in dogs and cats. Lastly, a winter tip for your cat - did you know that around 90% of cats over 12 years of age are likely to be suffering from arthritis? Attention Seeking Behaviour In Dogs
It's so cute when a dog places its head on your lap for a pat. Such adoration is one of the highs of dog ownership. It's good when they do it a second time, nice when they do it a third time, but beyond that it can get a bit tiresome.
